This programme offers an interdisciplinary solution to language problems. This multidisciplinary subfield of linguistics exposes learners to language related problems within the fields of language learning and acquisition, foreign language learning, error analysis, language policy, classroom instruction and forensic linguistics. To qualify for admission into a Masters of Arts in Applied Linguistics, applicants shall be:
PROGRAMME DURATION
The M.A degree program in Applied Linguistics shall normally take two (2) academic years distributed over four semesters for full/part-time attendance shall not exceed a period of four calendar years from the date of registration.
