He has extensive expérience in Public and Private university administration, Lecturing, counseling, academic advising, research, Postgraduate supervision, pastoral counseling, Parish administration, community service, and Diocese Administration. He is former Dean of Students in Egerton University Nakuru Town campus and Former Student Counsellor in Laikipia University and former Head of Department of the Religious Studies at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi Kenya. He has a Diplomate in Traumatology from the USA, and as Bishop, he was awarded Doctor of Divinity (DD) because of exemplary service to humanity.
