GOAL OF THE PROGRAMME
The programme is aimed at training skilled doctoral Kiswahili scholars who can effectively contribute to Kiswahili language, literature and linguistics studies, equipped with the requisite practical knowledge and skills to undertake advanced research in their areas of specialization, and also offer instruction in the various aspects of Kiswahili at higher learning institutions.
